Accounts are linked to your [profile](1YLTDYycO9acQOIDL6Q2oi) and may have multiple profiles and accounts linked to them. For example, a seller account can send buyer invitations to allow pricing access, or rep invitations to allow catalog acces via the Fieldfolio iPad app.

Accounts

Often called a user profile, login profile or user account, your __Fieldfolio profile__ is what you use login to Fieldfolio using an email address and a password.

In the Fieldfolio system, buyer, seller and rep [accounts](3ebuMBd6ooqGEt4QxzSCWx) are linked to profiles.

You can use a single profile for multiple [accounts](3ebuMBd6ooqGEt4QxzSCWx) of different types.

Profiles

Wholesale sellers can invite buyers, reps to access their catalog, and staff members to access their seller account.

You can login or signup for a new [profile](1YLTDYycO9acQOIDL6Q2oi) before accepting an invite if you do not already have a profile.

## Accepting buyer invitations
Accepting a buyer invitation means that will have pricing access to one or more of their catalogs.

Once logged in, any buyer accounts that are linked to your profile will appear in a list. Selecting a buyer account and accepting the invitation will give pricing access to the chosen buyer account.

## Accepting rep invitations
Accepting a rep invitation means that the seller's catalog will be available on Fieldfolio for iPad.

Only a single rep account can be linked to a login profile, so if you do not already have a rep account one will be automatically created when you accept your first rep invitation from a seller.

If another seller invites you using the email address associated with your login profile,  their catalog will be automatically available on Fieldfolio for iPad. You will receive an email notifcation every time this happens.

You can also accept rep invitations sent to your other email addresses with an existing login profile.

## Accepting staff invitations
Accepting a staff invitation means that you will have access to a seller's account via the Fieldfolio Admin website.

Multiple seller accounts can be linked to your login profile.

Link your account or profile via an invitation.

Accepting Invitations

Visit the [reset password page](https://app.{{BASE_PATH}}/reset-password) and enter your email address.

You will receive an email with a link to enter a new password.

Make sure to have:

1. Your email address
2. Access to your email account

How do I reset my password?

A Staff user is usually a back-office employee who uses the Fieldfolio Admin web app to manage your catalog, customers and orders.

Staff users are lmited to five per seller account.

What is a staff user?

A Rep user is a sales representative or agent who uses Fieldfolio for iPad to show your catalog and take orders in the field.

By default there are five (5) rep users included with every seller account. Additional Reps users can be purchased as an add-on for $15 per user per month.
