Review a customer's order history
Check when a customer last ordered and review a past order in detail.
Before planning a sales call, you may want to review a customer's order history.
To find a customer's order history, follow these steps:
Before tapping 'Use this customer', scroll down to the bottom of the customer details to find the customer order history. If there are no past orders to show, the 'Order History' section will not be visible.
To view the order, tap anywhere on the order to bring up the order details.
