Can I change the my.MYOB account used by the MYOB AccountRight Live integration?


To do this you'll first need to visit MYOB AccountRight Live Settings and click Disable the integration. This will force Fieldfolio to refresh the my.MYOB account credentials it uses when you re-enable the integration (which you'll do in the final step below).

As the next step, we recommend you sign out of your MYOB account by visiting This will prevent any issues caused by the cookies MYOB sets when you login to your account.

Finally, head back to MYOB AccountRight Live Settings and click Re-enable the integration. This will launch a popup window where you can login to your preferred MYOB account using your my.MYOB login details. Once you've completed the integration setup process the integration will be enabled and ready to start syncing orders to MYOB again.
