You can restrict which customers are visible to reps by using territories. Once you've created territories for your customers, you can then assign your reps to those territories.

1. Fieldfolio Admin > Accounts & Settings > Rep Accounts for iPad App
2. Click Edit in the territories column for a rep
3. Select one or more territories from the drop down list
4. Click Save to assign the Rep to the selected territories

Note: Any customers that are not assigned to any territories will be visible to all reps.
