Invite Staff to your seller account

Give your employees access to your seller account.

To give your staff (typically back office employees) access to your seller account via Fieldfolio Admin, you only need to invite them using their address:

  1. Fieldfolio Admin > Accounts & Settings > Invite New Staff
  2. Enter your staff member's email address

Your staff members will receive an email with instructions to activate their account. Once activated, your staff can do everything you can do in Fieldfolio except close your account or delete data in bulk.

Note: Your owner account will also show up in the Staff Accounts for Web App list.
